Maria “MJ” Jordan thrives at the intersection of corporate success and entrepreneurship. She is the creator and host of Afternoon Tea with Maria Jordan, a series that began on REAL 1100am/iHeartRadio and now reaches audiences worldwide on YouTube. Known for her compelling interviews with icons like Angie Martinez, Anthony Hamilton, and Kandi Burruss, Maria has also hosted major events and partnered with Jada Pinkett-Smith for Red Table Talk Live and Marjorie Harvey for the Girls Who Rule the World mentoring camp.

Maria is the Chair of EmpowHER, Cortland’s Associate Resource Group, and a Board Member for the Institute for Real Estate Management. Maria is dedicated to fostering leadership, retention, and empowerment in corporate spaces. With more than 20 years of experience, she excels at leading teams, solving complex challenges, and executing solutions that align with client goals.

Maria is also a passionate author. Her debut children’s book, The Secret Keeper: Perfect the Way You Are, was inspired by her daughter and encourages young readers to face challenges like bullying with confidence and kindness. Her second book, The Secret Keeper: Trust Your Intuition, teaching children the power of self-trust and inner guidance.
