Your Network Will Change Your Life—If You Let It

One of the biggest shifts in my career came when I stopped trying to do everything on my own.

Your network is not just about who you know—it’s about who knows you, trusts you, and is willing to advocate for you when you’re not in the room.

Opportunities don’t just come from applications.
They come from conversations.

When I speak to students or young professionals, I always tell them:
Don’t just collect contacts—build relationships.

Check in with people. Add value. Stay connected.

And when the time comes, don’t be afraid to leverage your network. That’s not using people—that’s building community.

The right room can change everything.
But you have to be willing to walk in it.
